EPF AND PLUS: HERE'S THE TRICK
Have you ever been wondering why government use Epf to take over Plus? In my opinion, there's a trick there to maintain government income. When government promise no toll hike for five years, it's a relieved. But why EPF and not other GLC?
The catch is when government need to maintain the toll price,
they can reduce the loss by reducing the dividend to the EPF
members. 1% reduce or maintain the dividend give significant
impact to the taxes contribute to government income. But i need
to highlight that this is just my guess. We'll see.
