Excuse me? Even Sepp Blatter can get Datuk Seri? Seriously? What the hell is happening? It is a joke right? Does Sepp Blatter even know he get the title?
I know the title is absolutely Sultan
prerogative. Know doubt. Just wondering
why others qualified person don't get it?.
Why Datuk can even be more exclusive
just like what Sultan Johor did.
